Since the products at Tibladin are handmade variations and smaller imperfections may occur. The products are completely unique and many of our rugs are one of kind, and there is only produced one of each. If you have any specific wishes for a product, we can accommodate them and will try our best to meet them.

We make reservations for sold out items.


All prices are including VAT, taxes and fees. The prices are applicable for the following countries:

The price is locked in at the time of order. Hereafter fluctuations in price cannot be experienced. We make reservations for obvious mistakes in pricing on the webshop.

Your order is sent 1 to 3 days after the order has been placed. This is not including where it has been stated that the item has a longer delivery time.

Free delivery over 200 €. Shipment by GLS or PostNord. Please find freight prices under each country at checkout.

Orders are not sent on the weekend nor on bank holidays. Extra delivery charges as a result of incorrectly indicated delivery address always fall on the buyer. Tibladin disclaims all responsibility of delivery when given the wrong address and gives no compensation in these cases. If the order is not collected from the parcel shop it will be returned to Tibladin and a fee of € 10 will be given to the buyer to cover administration- and freight charges.

If you change your mind about the purchase

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days when purchasing at Tibladin.

The right to cancel and return expires 14 days after the day you have:

  • Received your order
  • Received the last item physically when an order has been, after previous arrangement, shipped separately.
  • Received the last lot or the last part of the item physically when the item in question needs to be delivered in two or more parts- this will be arranged beforehand.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you must inform Tibladin about this before the 14 days have passed. You can inform Tibladin about this by writing an e-mail to

In your e-mail, you must specify clearly why you wish to return your items.

You cannot return your items by simply denying to receive the order without giving Tibladin a clear, written message informing us about this.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed Tibladin, of your change of mind, in writing. You must pay the direct charges when returning an item.

When returning, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the order has been packed securely and safely.

The buyer carries the responsibility for the item from the time the item is delivered.

Some items can, due to their type, not be returned with regular postage.

This goes for:

    • Furniture
    • Rugs

Tibladin does not receive packages sent cash on delivery.

Items exempt from the right of cancellation

  • Items that have been made after the buyer’s wishes or have been personalized in an obvious way.
  • Discounted items and outlet items CANNOT be returned or refunded.

The condition of the item when returning

The buyer is always liable for any damage to the item that may decrease its value. Damage could be caused by ill handling of the item. You may try on items like you would in a regular shop, however, if the items have been tried and tested in any other way than stated above we will consider it used, which means that if you regret your purchase you will only be refunded a part of, or nothing of the purchase amount depending on the commercial value of the item after use.

To receive the entire purchase amount,  you may try on the item/ test the item in the same way you would in a physical store, however you cannot start using the product.

Refunding the purchase amount

If you change your mind about your order you will naturally receive the amount that you have paid, back. In case that the item has been decreased in commercial value due to misuse of the product, which the buyer is liable for, this amount is deducted from the purchase amount.

If you choose to use your right of cancellation Tibladin will refund all payments received by the buyer, including delivery costs (however not extra costs due to the buyers own choice of other delivery type or the cheapest form of standard delivery).

The amount is refunded without undue delays and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date Tibladin has received information that you would like to return your order. The refund will be made through the same means of payment as the buyer used at the original transaction unless the buyer has explicitly stated otherwise.

The refund can be withheld until Tibladin has received the returned items unless the buyer has given clear documentation that the order has been returned.

What needs to be included in the return package?

NOTE! You must place a copy of the order confirmation alongside the items you wish to return in the return package.

Warranty (Right of complaint)

You have a two-year right of complaint when shopping at Tibladin. This means that you may complain about any possible flaws and defects in your Tibladin-items. You must give your complaint within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered the problem. If the complaint is legitimate, the costs of complaints will be paid back to you. This includes freight charges if you have chosen the cheapest option for postage when returning the item. You must contact Tibladin by email: before returning the item. When you receive items from Tibladin you should always check to see if the packaging is intact. If this is not the case, this must be addressed with the delivery service/ postman/ carrier and Tibladin must also be informed of this.
